The Zelle integration enables you to accept payments from clients using a Zelle QR code.
Important: Due to limitations in the Zelle payment network, this integration will not sync payments back to Lumify. You will have to create payments manually.
Getting Started
In the Lumify Integration Gallery, click configure on the Zelle integration. Next, enter in your Zelle details:
- The “Display Name” is the name you want to display in your client’s Zelle-compatible bank app.
- The “Phone Number or Email Address” is your Zelle account phone number or email address.
Client submits payment
When your client sends you a payment, you will receive a notification from your bank. You should create a new payment and copy the payment information over to Lumify.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm your QR code is being generated correctly using the ‘preview QR code’ button
- Double-check your Display Name and Phone Number (or Email) are correct
