The quote generator widget allows your clients to choose a package, pick any addons, and build their perfect package for their event. There are a number of customizations you can make to the form.
Customizations
You can customize the availability widget:
- Available Event Types: Your packages are organized based on event types. You can choose which packages will be displayed based on the client’s event type. If you only have one event type selected here, the client will not be prompted to select an event type
- Show Package Features: Allows you to highlight specific features of each package
- Show Package and Addon Pricing: This will include the pricing for each package and addon in the quote generator
- Linked Contact Form: This is the contact form that will be shown to clients on the last page of the quote generator
- Automatically Send Quote Via Email: This option will send a PDF quote to the prospective client automatically. Your contact form should include an event field and a contact field
- Quote Template: If “Automatically Send Quote” is enabled, the document template you select here will be used for the emailed quote
- Dark or Light Theme: Adjust the appearance to match your branding
- Heading Text: The heading shown at the top of the contact form. This can be blank
- Success Message: The message that is shown to clients if you are available
- Submit Button: The text shown in the submit button
