Manage subscription plan

Users with the Manage Lumify Plan permission assigned can manage billing and subscription preferences.

How do I update the subscription plan?

You can manage your Lumify subscription directly within the back office. Navigate to the account button on the top right, then click on Manage Plan:

What happens if I change my plan?

If you change your plan, you will immediately be charged for the upgrade. If you are upgrading in the middle of your billing cycle, the cost to upgrade will be prorated based on how many days are remaining in the billing cycle.

What happens if I cancel?

Your subscription will not be automatically renewed. If you decide to cancel during a billing period, your account will stay active until the current billing period ends.
